Why We Started
Bob Kroleski is a 20-year combat veteran and retired U.S. Army Intelligence Officer. He is a licensed broker with Keller Williams Clients' Choice and long-time real estate investor. Throughout his military career, he leveraged his BAH into real estate investments that generate passive income and continue to build his wealth in retirement today.
Soldiers, Seamen, Airmen, and Marines rarely receive access to quality financial advice, especially when it comes to their home-buying decisions. The one-size-fits-all approach is not enough for our veterans and service members. They deserve better!
Bob started Dwell Time, LLC in February of 2021 with the vision of enabling military veterans and retirees to continue to serve the Armed Forces Community by providing education about wealth-building strategies and real estate services for service members and veterans.
How We Do It
- Our network of Veteran Agents are all prior service military and licensed real estate professionals.
- When you contact the Dwell Time Group prior to a move, we will help you find a Veteran Agent at your new location. If we don't have a Veteran Agent in that area, we will get you in touch with one of the top local real estate professionals, usually with specialization in military relocations.
- We can also contact a Veteran Agent or other licensed professional in your old location if you need or want to sell an existing home.
Why You Should Do It
- You will have a dedicated team of agents, with a depth of knowledge and experience, to advocate for you during your real estate transactions. We'll alleviate many of the headaches associated with your household move.
- You will also be helping the veteran-owned businesses of service members to grow and continue to serve our community.
- Most Veteran Agents offer cash rebates to service members, veterans, and their families when they buy or sell a home.
- You will help end veteran homelessness and support other veteran causes. That's because a percentage of all proceeds from our services are donated to bonafide veterans' charities each year.
